Redd Ruby DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for returned items.

No refunds will be given unless the item is not in stock at the time of purchase. 

We understand that ordering online is not always an easy task and we want to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. We are happy to exchange eligible items for store credit or for another available item of equal or greater value.

You may exchange Redd Ruby purchases (excluding accessories) by mailing it to our Online Return Department at the following address:

Items must be returned within 7 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items include those that are UNWORN, UNWASHED, FREE OF ANY STAINS FROM MAKE-UP, DEODORANT, OR WEAR AND PRODUCT TAGS ATTACHED.

Please ship items back including your name, email, phone number, and address inside of the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival. If not reported within that timeframe, we will not issue a credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your package.
